Ensemble ("we", "us") provides an AI orchestration service. We are the data controller for the personal data described here. For any privacy question, contact [email protected].
Account data (your email address and password, stored only as a secure one-way hash); billing data (handled by our payment provider, Stripe — we do not store your card details); the prompts and content you submit to generate results; and technical/usage data such as IP address, device and browser information, and basic logs needed to run and secure the service.
We process your data to perform our contract with you (providing the service and billing), for our legitimate interests (securing, improving and operating the service, preventing abuse), and where required, with your consent (e.g. optional communications). You can withdraw consent at any time.
To provide and operate the service, route your requests to the appropriate AI models and assemble results, process payments, communicate with you about your account, and protect the service against fraud and abuse. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your prompts to train our own models.
To fulfil a request, the content you submit is sent to the third-party AI providers needed to complete it — which may include Anthropic, OpenAI, Google and xAI. Payments are processed by Stripe, and the service is hosted on our cloud infrastructure provider. These are our sub-processors and each processes data under their own terms and data-protection commitments.
Some sub-processors are based outside the UK/EEA (for example, in the United States). Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement / Addendum or Standard Contractual Clauses.
We keep account and run data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, then delete or anonymise it within a reasonable period, unless we must retain it to meet legal, accounting or security obligations.
Under UK/EU data-protection law you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our processing of your data, and to data portability. To exercise any right, email [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you and the relevant authority of a qualifying breach as required by law.
Ensemble is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy and will post the new version here with a revised date. Questions: [email protected].
