These terms govern your use of Ensemble. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Ensemble is an AI orchestration service that routes parts of your task to third-party AI models and assembles the results into a single deliverable. Output is generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your purpose — you are responsible for reviewing and verifying it before relying on it. We do not provide legal, financial, medical or other professional advice.
You must be at least 18 to use Ensemble. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly of any unauthorised use.
Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment provider, Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period. Where a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid plan unless cancelled before it ends. Statutory cancellation and refund rights under applicable consumer law (including, for UK/EU consumers, the Consumer Contracts Regulations) are unaffected by these terms.
You agree not to use Ensemble to break the law; to generate or distribute unlawful, infringing, harmful or abusive content; to submit content you don't have the right to process; to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service; or to violate the usage policies of the underlying AI providers. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
You retain ownership of the content you submit and, as between you and us, of the output you generate, subject to the rights of the underlying model providers. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service and process your requests. You are responsible for ensuring your use of inputs and outputs is lawful.
The service relies on third-party models (such as those from Anthropic, OpenAI, Google and xAI). Their availability, behaviour and pricing are outside our control and may change.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud). Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, data or goodwill, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or where necessary to protect the service or other users.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
